On the 25th October 2021, the students from Diploma in Information Technology of Metropoint College had organized a tree-planting event called “Green Innovation Program: Landscaping”. The main objective of this event is to raise awareness to this current generation on how important are trees to maintain and stabilize our eco-system, to keep the balance between nature and mankind, and also to keep the natural habitat of our flora and fauna.

        This event also in collaboration with Malaysia’s policy towards “Pembangunan Lestari 2050”, plant the right trees in the right places to protect biodiversity, protect nature, and fight the severe climate changes that have been feeling lately. This event was be done in Hutan Bandar MPJB from 8.00 A.M to 3.30 P.M and it was launched by Chief Executive of Metropoint College, Dato. Dr. M. Singaraveloo, Forestry Department Officers, Mr. Mohd Iqbal Hisham and Land Development & Recration Divison, Mr. Mohd Fadzil bin Mohd Zakir.
